Staff
Our Staff
The staff of The Genesis Fund is a caring and talented group of people who work to develop donor relationships, create memorable and well run events and most importantly who have a strong desire to assist in fulfilling the organization’s mission.
Kathleen C. Marchi
Director of Development & Special Events
A non-profit and fundraising professional for most of her career, Kathy came to TGF in November 2006. While her priority is overseeing the activities and operations of the organization, Kathy is inspired most by the patients of the Feingold Center and their families. As a born and bred New Yorker, she’s still a die-hard Yankee fan and not afraid to say it!
Michelle Kesselman
Special Events Manager
Michelle Kesselman has a background in the special events industry. She has managed a variety of events ranging from golf tournaments to large-scale shows featuring high profile personalities and headlining performers. She is proud to work at The Genesis Fund, as she is able to use her talent to raise money for a worthy cause.
Ryan Vigue
Special Events Manager
Born and raised in Bangor, Maine, Ryan moved to Massachusetts to obtain a degree in Sports Management from UMass Amherst. He has spent most of his professional career in sports and events including years of work at Special Olympics Massachusetts planning events for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Caroline Hobbs
