The John Havlicek Celebrity Fishing Tournament

Join Boston Celtics legend John Havlicek and his wife Beth, for The 29th Annual John Havlicek Celebrity Fishing Tournament.  From June 10-13, 2010, The Genesis Fund will gather celebrities, friends and guests on Martha's Vineyard for a spectacular weekend of fishing, golf , tennis, comedy and auctions.  This will prove to be a truly incredible weekend you will not soon forget.  We look forward to seeing you there!

All proceeds from The John Havlicek Celebrity Fishing Tournament benefit The Genesis Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising money for children born with birth defects, genetic diseases and intellectual disabilities.

Schedule of Events

Thursday, June 10th

The Genesis Fund ferries you from Falmouth to Martha's Vineyard and the Harbor View Hotel.  After settling in, join us for a tented dinner and comedy night featuring our favorite comedians and friends.

Friday, June 11th

Guests can participate in either:

The Will McDonough Tennis Tournament or

A round of golf at Farm Neck Golf Club.

Later, we will gather for dinner and a live auction.

Saturday, June 12th

Saturday morning brings the main attraction: the day-long "release" fishing tournament off the coast of Martha's Vineyard.  The weekend draws to a close at a farewell dinner where awards for tennis, golf, and fishing will be presented.

Sunday, June 13th

Transportation back to Falmouth will be provided.
